In 1919, the first Danone Yogurt was made in Barcelona. 100 years later, we celebrate it by looking at the next 100 years, building a healthier and more sustainable food future.

The inventor of modern yogurt was a physician named Isaac Cross, who was looking for solutions for his patients who had digestive problems. Isaac dove into making yogurt, convinced of cultured milk products’ ability to strengthen the children’s regularity and bacterial flora.

In the 1970s, Strauss and Danone collaborated and introduced the yogurt line to Israel.

The launch of Danone in Israel has made the yogurt cup from a niche product into the product consumed in almost every home in Israel and has become part of the daily meal of all family members.

Over the years, Danone continues to reinvent the yogurt market every time by pioneering a breakthrough innovation that contributes to the healthy lifestyle of the Israeli consumer.

Danone needed a fresh updated look unifying all sub-brands and activities under a clear and cohesive look. We collaborated with food photographer Gal Ben Zeev and assembled a wide range of visual toolkit to manifest the magic of yogurt.
